Gary Edwards, owner of Unique Rentals, has been building homes in the Pittsburg area since 1977. In 1995, Gary noticed the lack of quality rental homes available in Pittsburg. After hearing about how discouraging and frustrating it was for people to find a nice place to rent, Gary decided to meet the demand of the community. In 1996, the development of the 22nd Street began. Now, there are seven homes located at 22nd Street and Rouse, all owned and maintained by Unique Rentals.

Pets:
Pets are allowed on an individual basis. Pets must not weigh more than 40 pounds each. There is a pet privilege premium of $250 per pet and a monthly pet rent fee of $25 per pet.
